Delete your Astro Parampara account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Astro Parampara account and the personal data associated with it. This option is available even when you no longer have the app installed.

You can also delete your account inside the app through Profile → Delete Account.

What happens next

Request received.
Our support team reviews the submitted details.
Identity verification.
We may contact you through your registered mobile number or email to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
Deletion completed.
Eligible account data will be permanently deleted or anonymised, normally within 30 days after successful verification.

Birth details and astrology profile information
Notification tokens and app-specific device data
Eligible consultation and support records linked to the account

Data that may be retained

Limited payment, transaction, invoice, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention and security records may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate legal obligations. Where possible, retained records will be restricted, minimised or separated from your active account profile.

Wallet and pending matters

Before requesting deletion, please complete any active consultation, refund, payment dispute or support case. Contact support if your wallet has an unused balance or a transaction is still pending.

No voice recordings: Astro Parampara consultations are live one-to-one calls. Call audio is not recorded and no playback or call recording is available in the app or admin dashboard.
